And one of my favorite Glaswegian bands, Cancel The Astronauts is giving away their EP I Am The President of Your Fanclub (And Last Night I Followed You Home) in anticipation of their forthcoming product…. brace yourselves,…. yes, it’s another EP!  You can find my review of this nifty little EP over here. I loved it.

Remember Black Atlantic? That’s the Dutch band that’s coming towards the end of this month to open for the Cave Singers, here at the Empty Bottle. Their album, Reverence For Fallen Trees has been re-released and with additional goodies! They tell me: “Together with label Beep! Beep! the band worked hard these past months to develop exclusive content that will be added to the original album that was released in August 2009 on CD and vinyl. With a code from special Download Cards one can get access to this digital re-release containing both the album plus a video registration and a live EP.”
