What do you do with a band that’s died but leaves behind a really great unreleased record? Going to their MySpace page, I’m smacked in the face with the giant R.I.P. next to their name. How sad. And darlin’s, this is truly even sadder when I click on the music, for it’s shimmery, haunting, shoe-gazey delight. I so wish I had been in Europe to see them when they lived. This album, their swansong, is being hailed as one of those *very*important*albums* and I’m prone to believe the hype this time. Enjoy this taste, it’s left me wanting more… I think you’ll have the same experience, xoxo
